Her multiple breakdowns have showcased some pretty concerning behaviour. Is she unstable, is it all a game plan or is her reaction warranted due to the people she’s living with?

I wouldn't say unstable in general as a person, but inside the BB experience she develops understandable difficulties hence being unstable in this atmosphere.
