It was clear the conversation was designed to find out who they were going to nominate but it wasn't a conversation about nominations so no rules were broken and this tactic has been used within the rules for years.

As I said Tomasz and Hussain discussed likes and dislikes near a week ago, no problem there.

Furthermore, the punishments for nom talking are pathetic now.
Hair dryers off, no hot water, fined coins in this series.

I wouldn't care about that if I was in re noms punishment.

rule breaking punishment should be designed to have maximum impact on the perpetrator. Taking coins from lewis is meaningless as he just doesn't care .... taking coins from Thomasz ... would have been hilarious .... and would have forced a massive conflict between lewis and Tomasz

No of course they weren't but then neither was Lewis when he asked Brooke outright if she had nominated him, unless they stop them from nominating today but then it is Saint Lewis involved so probably not
