So who or how many are up for the flash vote, could be anyone and any number.

at this stage we don't even know the nature of the vote. It could be a flash vote, it could be a hm vote ... Whatever the outcome of the first vote. I wouldn't be surprised if whoever survives the first eviction ends up straight back up again
