She doesn't. It seems others (certain housemate's fans who shall not be named) don't like her because she doesn't like a certain housemate who shall not be named.

and on the flip side I think that is why people like her as well, she has been true to herself, she has never flip flopped on her friends like Zoe, or Brooke and though a pretty girl is not up her own arse, she also doesn't appear to try to get airtime or hog the camera it is very nice to have an housemate who is not following a tried and tested format like playing dumb, or jumping into bed with someone
