They can't agree all the time, they both have moods and off periods of time.

What they both know is neither will at any crunch time, throw the other under a bus.

They both know that, so can easily and quickly get over any tensions while not always agreeing.
As was shown last night.

I never suspected or saw any damaging rift at all with them whatsoever that wouldn't be sorted.
It's the last thing both want anyway too.
