How is Isabella even entertaining him after the way he treated her on the show, she really needs to find some dignity

Because she likes him...she gave him all her coins when she left...and any issues they had they talked it out in the house. Didn't you see it??

She wouldn't have been aware of what he said behind her back though..ie...she isn't deep enough for me, we don't connect on a cerebral level, she would be good for a ****...yadda yadda
