Lauren's dress looks beautiful, just saw a sketch of that on ITT last night

pink, lilac colours, i think she could look like a lovely cute princess


her training looked alright for monday's rehearsal, of course Ian had some things to say, but he said things about each of the couples (shame he gets to see the early day rehearsal clips)

her strong core should help with the shaping for the VW, the song is also good for a graceful stunning viennese waltz, i am again open for some surprises here

Ian said that Joe training looked fantastic. Wow, that's such w compliment coming from him. I hope Joe does q brilliant samba, to shut up those who say he can't do it.

Ian only mentioned head placement minor detail issues with Lauren, but this was monday's rehearsal footage, so they were probably just going through the routine

he was right to point that fleckrl cause that already looks quite good

Yes, most if them struggle early in the week. But then they get better, as they practice more.

I hope Joe and Diane aren't overdoing things. They're training everyday from 9 am to 10 pm

that's a lot of training hours, i hope they aren't exhausted tomorrow night then


Lauren's training schedule now is monday to thursday 7.5 or 8 hours of training, then heading to the gym, and on Friday they have a more relaxed day with dress rehearsals, just going through the routine, trying to remember all of the correct steps, head placements, shapings

They're young, I'm sure they will be fine. They just need a good night sleep. Stacey and Kevin train similar hours, i believe.

well digitalspy confirmed they had an argument after last week's show, so something did happen, and Danny more comes over for me now as a bit too arrogant if he didn't think being bottom was deserved (after those mistakes in the quickstep)

i think if some people vote for Charles he could still end up in the dance off, he just lacks a solid fanbase, and karen isn't that popular either so the pressure is on him now to deliver a good charleston

a good dance i can see him surviving another dance off, otherwise with a weak dance he is a goner

Yeah, i thought Joe looked good in training. I just hope he doesn't get nervous. There's so much at stake tonight. He just needs to concentrate, he can do this.
