It always makes me smile to hear that the NHS is free. It is not free. We pay for it, through tax and NI. It's only free if you don't work and/or pay tax.
If the NHS wants to save money, start charging medical tourists, people coming from Nigeria to have a baby for example... they can come but they must pay. Also, start fining people for missing appointments.
