Bear because the public rewarded someone who repeatedly committed crimes, relating to physical assault, repeated invasion of personal space, intentional intimidation, domestic abuse, sexual assault, slander, vandalism, destruction of property & necessary food, an utter **** who deserved being arrested.
Infinitely worse than second worst winner Helen, who was just a bully which looks minor by comparison
