No she isn't, she felt everyone was attacking her so reacted to that. It mightn't have been the case in reality, but that's how she took it and lashed out as a result. If you look at all of her fights apart from the tea party where she was instructed to be intentional, her arguments always started on the basis she felt someone was at her. Not intentionally hurtful at all
