I don't recall her apologising, I just excuse it because most of her childhood and adolescence was away from the outside world.

It's still her lowest point though and I always get uncomfortable in that scene where she snapped at Sam just for implying she'd be getting with boys

Yeah Sam was quite openly gender fluid so I don’t think you can get *too* mad at someone like Nikki getting confused/ignorant about it all.

She was just ignorant and she didn't mean it like that, Nikki needed some education but she wasn't nasty with it, still shouldn't have said it but it was a mistake.

If you have a problem with it then why do you like Cody from BBUS he said some transphobic comments and didn't care about how his comments could offend transgenders.
