If you watch the video it's fairly clear that this is just the sort of jokey relationship they have, he's not serious and she's not offended . That said, probably a better idea to keep the jokes for home because a lot of people out there ARE sensitive about their weight and wouldn't allow these jokey comments in their own relationships, and it's inevitable that people will project their own worldview onto it and screech "unacceptable!!".
