The Word ''Muggy'' is pretty much associated with LI Nowadays so Mike has made a massive impact on the show. Despite his brief time, he was involved in arguably the biggest storyline of S3. Not to mention his antics outside of the Villa.
Jack was involved in the biggest storyline of S4 with Georgia and there was also his dumping of Laura.
I'm not saying they're both Phenomenal Islanders, but they both contributed to their series.
