No it doesn't.

It means most people have themselves in a cycle of stress juggling aspects of their lives and are all trapped in their own "bubbles". People rarely stop and just take each day as it comes rather than being locked in their own head.

For some that would exacerbate other problems with anxiety, depression etc.
