It means most people have themselves in a cycle of stress juggling aspects of their lives and are all trapped in their own "bubbles". People rarely stop and just take each day as it comes rather than being locked in their own head. People don't get overwhelmed and stressed?
If you say so. It's basically helping people who get stuck in negative thought processes and behavioural patterns. It's not rubbish just because a few idiots make money from crap books.
