I haven't posted on this forum for a long time but I have now just re-joined as I'm missing BB alot during this winter and I am currently rewatching BB8. I've had the day off today and managed to watch from Charley's eviction episode to Day 66/67 highlights (sunday show after Shanessa and David were evicted).

Heres a few points from these episodes...

• I've just started week 10 and I have been missing Charley and Nicky since they were evicted. The series definitely changed when Charley left.
• What was everyone's thoughts on the halfway house twist?
• There seems to be ALOT of exercise class tasks in this series. Very odd decision from production. The tasks weren't as good in BB8 than 5-7. The shopping task in week 9 just involved the halfway housemates eating 4 plates of disgusting food. (However the no sleeping shopping task from week 4 is an underrated gem )
• It was a shame Shanessa left so early. I feel like she could have kept the last few weeks more interesting. I would have preferred Amy to have gone before her out of the Halfway house housemates

The halfway house was ****. They were all mediocre housemates (excluding Jonty who was semi-decent and David who's one of the worst and most pointless ever). It felt like a filler twist since they knew less would happen with Charley out

Jonty was a scream with his amazing laugh and he did the “I’m a man with a teddy” act wayyyyyyyyy better than Gerry could even hope of doing (I’m just going to take the assumption that he doesn’t actually float about with a Monkity Tonkity irl and that it was an act to make him seem interesting so he could get on the show )

Also he was such a nice guy I couldn’t help but like him

Yeah you would have thought they would have wanted to put in some bigger characters, seeing as it was pretty much certain Charley was leaving. It was also annoying how they kept changing who was going in and who was out of it constantly.
