I think its 9500 now lol. You have to earn 25k a year before you start paying anything back and then there is a scale, its some really small percentage that ever pays back the whole thing so its a bit stupid really, better to have a smaller fee that everyone can pay off

this is why people in England get fed up with the Scots always moaning as their fees are subsidised by the UK taxpayer
