Sounds good, glad to hear the match engine is improved. Sounds like the last bit is mainly due to your managerial incompetence as well so I trust I won't have any problems there

Did manage a 2-1 win over Atletico and a 2-2 draw in France with PSG in the Champions League but sadly they have both been overshadowed by a 1-0 loss to Red Bull Salzburg

It is all going well now that I have sorted some decent tactics out. Finished 6th in my first season which ended up being quite a disastrous thing as none of the players on my shortlist were interested in joining me anymore, being the great manager I am though I managed to guide us to 3rd in my second season. Some rebuilding is needed now though as Gerrard isn't up to it anymore, Allen isn't good enough, Lallana had a very quiet second season after a decent first, and Mario keeps moaning about gametime, so all 4 will likely be off.

Playing a game with Rangers atm, at the end of October I'm 1 point off Hearts in second though have a game in hand. Have crashed out of two cups already as well so not a great success so far. Should be a decent challenge getting them promoted though and then see how I can do back in the SPL

Started with Arsenal last week, lost the community shield but went on to win my first ever league title on FM. Board ended up giving me over £100 million to spend in the summer and its just become a bit boring being able to sign any player i like.. much more fun building up a squad, going into games as the under dog & spending ages looking for bargains that turn out to be good.. just need to find a team to go with now.

Yeah I never really like starting from the top, what I normally do is start unemployed then wait till a decent challenge comes up normally in the Championship, either an underperforming team who could challenge for promotion or a side that's battling to stay up

Yeah i saw quite a few people online that start without a job and waited for offers, never thought about doing that before, might be worth a try to see what offers come up
