Plus the avengers are not just one team they are multiple teams which I do think marvel will bring into the mcu marvel also try to bring in some of the unknown characters into the mcu so that the audience get to know who they are so more avengers films are to come.

Yes but Toy Soldiers point was that the former Avengers lineup were the most famous names in Hollywood, almost everyone knows who they all are and they had big careers before and after the avengers film.

There would be nowhere near enough hype or excitement if they were to bring in a collection of relatively unknown actors to take over one of the biggest movie franchises.

I'm fine with them getting individual stories first like how Iron Man/Hulk/Captain America/Thor etc all did before the avengers - but I wouldn't want another 'Avengers' film as such until these characters are already established well.
