This is what you did to the establishment you were at. You were responsible for your own possession of your drinks... you made a choice and it was the wrong one so you lost a drink... but instead of owning your mistake you passed it onto someone else making it their loss instead of yours.
You sound all proud and smug about it here in this thread... but you really shouldn't be.
