namely Morocco and Algeria, were responsible for almost half the 4,600 incidents requiring police intervention.
...meanwhile.. The European Court of Justice has ruled that countries cannot deport people who would be in serious danger in their countries of origin, even if they commit crimes. so guess what the criminals will say when caught....
