I didn't know he was back on it until i read what Harry Redknapp said about shoving him into his car and taking him home when he came into someone Harry was having a meal drunk as a skunk ,I agree only Paul can save himself but surely the leaches who are rolling him out on stage night after night can see he needs help ?
