No it's not harassment and that's a ridiculous conclusion with respect.

People do get in trouble for loose talk.
Lose careers and are pilloried in the media too, when their full and proper identities are known.

You may choose to possibly be happy to be branded, ( your words that not mine), racist, anti semitic whatever.
I certainly wouldn't..
It's not something I'd want to brag about or ever be myself.
