Last season half the cast were rookies it doesn’t count.

I’m on about things like this season where, last night, there were 4 female rookies and they were the only ones eligible for elimination. None of the veterans were even considered in the nominations stage.

That tends to be how it is at first, with exceptions. The veterans have paid their dues and the rookies are expected to earn their stripes. Facing elimination is like a right of passage.

I get that, I just find it a shame because a lot of the time the rookies have a lot of promise for us as viewers and it’s cut short, especially in the cases of Sean and Big T this year.
