However, I have not yet heard any reports on whether you can register your credit card as a non-local or watch from abroad without resorting to a commercial VPN service with a Finnish endpoint (to masquerade your true location.) Maybe, maybe not. I have no way of testing this as I live in Finland myself. For me everything works.
