I’m the same but with plugs. I’ll go around before bed literally pointing at turned off plugs just so I know they’re off.

I’m awful for nail biting too, but I have awful panic disorder so that doesn’t help matters. They seem to be not so bad at the moment though.

When my panic/anxiety is very bad I have this obsession with looking out of the window if someone walks past talking or if a car stops. I guess that’s like subconscious fear or something from the disorder.

One “odd” thing I do that a friend pointed out to me is that I never eat burgers out of my hands, I eat them with a knife and fork like you would most other meals.
