x2 Weetabix, milk and a banana chopped over
1 apple
Fish & chips off the van (don't judge me it's my weekly treat)
x2 slice of buttered seeded brown bread
Like 5 pints of water and counting

Thanks Jessica! Yeah I've been on a big health kick for the past month or so and all I'm drinking is water. No tea/coffee (for anxiety disorder reasons), no booze, no fizzy drinks.

I'm glad it's working for you! I have really bad social anxiety and depression which I take pills for, the pills help me sleep so caffeine doesn't really affect me for long, it gets me through the morning!
