I wouldn't really object to some kind of "secret moderator" status on here since most of them are subject to weird levels of scrutiny and accusations from just...dumb...people on here. Making the whole system impersonal could be beneficial to the forum's reputation as a hotbed of continual, tired, nasty "back-and-forth"s if we can't all just run to the immediate defence of, say, "Oh I bet it was Vicky who infracted me because I disagreed with her on climate change!!!! that bitch!!!!!" or whatever
