Your friend is right and the worries justified.

Sadly those intent on leaving regardless of cost, financial or personal, don't care and aren't even interested.

It's supposed to be just scaremongering, you, your friend and colleagues and I at least know it's far from scaremonging.

Let's hope for basic common sense to return and a turn away from the extremes.
