El Paso was absolutely not random, it was a targeted attack by someone who wanted to kill "hordes of mestizos" due to the "Hispanic invasion of Texas" (afaik all but one of the victims was either Mexican or Mexican-American)... and because he's not done inflicting harm on the victims and their families just yet, the person who did it pled not guilty in court yesterday

True, but he was shooting at everyone and many victims were not Latinos.
That's what I meant. Of course him going there was not random
