I think Woody is more genuine even though his free spirit attitude is toe curling...I actually think that is what he is about. Ella does not come across as a brown noser because I think in real life she would tell someone to **** off who didn’t see things the way she does. I know she has to play the game but she doesn’t come across as someone who will take **** from anyone.

Jan is gone !??? FFS , this was the perfect chance to knock out Ella and they've kept her in. Jan wasn't a threat why get rid of her .

Not a bad move really...Ella had Jan eating out of her hand calling her momma bear...Jan would have stuck by Ella 100%...
