Yes but you need money which some places dont have, not everyone has the same privileged lives of us in the west, they wont get easy access to internet, libraries, schools or whatever they need, some even live in remote villages where they have literally nothing ao to answer your question no it's not easy to educate the people on what is good or bad for them especially when someone is selling them the perfect dream.

It's time to take of the rose colour glasses and realise life is the same for people in the poorest parts of the world.
