I am assuming to myself that this is the work of either ex ira members or uda members, or any affiliated groups to neither side.

they will have moved on from importing drugs, seen the quicker buck in people trafficking and started making a kill years ago.

I doubt we will see a public enquiry into this tragedy as the names that may pop up shall be far to embarrassing for the uk.
