Am I the only one who's like meh over this?

It's not an awful series but it's not even in the top 20 of british comedy shows for me, I'd have much more excited for a special of so many other shows than this.

You can write your own special for KUA though. They used the same script for every episode.

And The Vicar of Dibley already did outstay its welcome for one or two specials IMO.

I'm meh because I don't think it's going to live up to the original series.

But, I just loved the original 3 series. It's not the funniest laugh-out-loud comedy there's been (although there are plenty laughs) but it's just so real and I love most of the characters (the only ones I don't are the ones who don't feel real but written as sitcom characters - despise Sheridan Smith's character in this for that reason - tries too hard to be funny and she's just not).

But, other than that, it's like the Royle Family, a great observational comedy.
