It should nonetheless be a choice.And I know people say "It is a choice, you can just not have TV at all" but even that isn't true, the magic vans don't exist so they simply ASSUME you're watching television illegally if you're in an occupied house that doesn't have a TV license, and they send endless harassing, bullying and intimidating letters. Most people don't have the stomach to not just pay up and they know/rely on that. |
