why not go half way and bring in amputation of hands and feet for 10 years and see how that goes?

a compromise is a way forward

(no access to scooters unless paid for private and NO Blue badges)

Still think the scientists should be able to experiment on murderers and paedos whilst they’re in prison .

If you think the money spent on imprisoned criminals is too much, how is caring for prisoners with lost limbs going to help that?

Death penalty for people abusing thier power to abuse children..life meaning life, with no tv or anything..just a sewing machine and walls for everything else.
