Given the news about all the parties that have had to be broken up by Police in the past 4 days alone, it's time for fines
Listened to guy who rang in from Germany yesterday (Irish we get everywhere
) they hand out on the spot fines if you are breaking the guidance, if you can't pay there and then it will come out of your salary/benefit, or if under 18 parents will have to pay
Once again the UK is far too soft, this weekend is going to be carnage, with hot weather predicted until Sunday
