The looters/protestors burning down businesses that innocent people have taken decades to build from hard work and determination is also extremely sad, and the people doing it are very pathetic. If they were solely targeting the police I could maybe (still wouldn’t agree) understand, but they’re targeting everyone, and so many innocent people are going to have to pay and now be in poverty whilst also dealing with coronavirus. These people are very selfish. Black people are losing their jobs and businesses also, feel like I need to put this sentence in as then you might understand that everyone is losing right now

When have I put it above anyone’s life? I’m saying both are wrong, and two wrongs do not make a right, which many here seem to disagree with. We are in a middle of a pandemic, those businesses will struggle and never be the same again after this on top. I don’t see how burning innocent people’s workplaces / business and potentially endangering more lives Can be seen as a good positive thing that people have stated in here? I wonder how many people are now going to struggle to look after their families because of these protestors, and how many lives are going to be negatively impacted. This is the Chief of Police in Alanta, where took her time to go and speak and listen to what they had to say and she has refused to put a curfew out and has given permission for protests as she herself wants to see change.

We need more people in higher authority like her.
