Utter nonsense, do you have any idea how many fake notes I saw in 10 years at the bookies? Literally countless. It's not even something to call the police over, you say "lol that one almost looks real Bob!", take the note out of circulation and tell Bob to **** off. That's it. If it looks home made you put it in the bin, if it looks professional you give it to the police the next time they pop in. They don't care who tried to use it, they're looking for the printing source (organised crime).

I literally can't think of a less serious crime than someone passing a dodgy tenner, and yet its being used to justify a death. Madness.
