Jesus what happened to Rudy Giuliani, he sounds unhinged

Way to barbeque a decent reputation in just a handful of minutes.

I'd give Trump the benefit of doubt that he didn't know "looting starts/shooting starts" thing was said by someone else a few decades ago, but it's still not a constructive thing to say.
