Hope they can implement social distancing measures and get them back open. Chester Zoo especially is an amazing zoo for conservation etc. When people say they want all the zoos closed they’re thinking of ones in other countries where next to no animal welfare guidelines are carried out. To say an amazing zoo like Chester Zoo should close is ridiculous!

The way things are going in the wild / jungles they should be opening state owned and financed Zoos if only for all the endangered species .
