How about a shared experience of growing up poor, and in run down communities? I always notice in these conversations how athletes from poor backgrounds are always expected to give their wealth back to the communities, yet we push through brexit to ensure Rees-Mogg gets to continue avoid paying tax, which is the absolute bare minimum he should be doing.

When it suits? If every time he was interviewed he brought up being Muslim, there would be cries about him pushing extremeism.

Dude c'mon, not everything in life can be reduced to a one sentence idiom. It's not Anthony Joshua's responsibility to feed every poor person. We have a government (and successive ones including the last labour gov) that is far more generous to the people at the top, when people need support to climb.

It's not a coincidence that we see stories in the sun about single parents on benefits buying their kids an ipad at Christmas, rather than the billions handed out to rich corporations and wealthy tax dodgers.

Just to add I think Anthony is great spokes person for his community, he's got a great platform, is articulate but also knows what living in the real world is like (regardless of how rich he is now)

Celebrities, sports people etc getting behind a cause always give them more gravitas though. He can't be expected to solve the problem alone and he has many charitable foundations that he set up and supports. Him being their and speaking out will reach out to his fans.
