There was a black lives matter protest there earlier in the day there is no reports that the stabbings are liked to the protest yet

Two sister celebrating one of thems birthday were stabbed to death recently in the early hours of the morning police are saying they were killed by a stranger.

That was also in a park.

Considering how under threat we from terror attacks in this country, with all these protests (large vulnerable groups of people) im actually surprised it's taken this long. Very, very sad but was probably inevitable.

...just horrendous and inconceivable as to what the families are going through right now...there is still one victim in a serious condition, I hope with all my heart that they recover...

Tragic news.
Devastating for those left behind too.

Senseless and tragic unnecessary losses of lives.
How crazy things are.

Respect for lives just seems to be disappearing.

There's been plenty of injuries and damage caused in the protests, some of it could easily have been done with terrorist intent.

The investigation into an knife attack in Reading yesterday that killed three will shortly be upgraded to a terror investigation, The Telegraph understands.

Sources said a suspect arrested by police is a Libyan national in his twenties.

He has been held in police custody overnight.

Yesterday evening, at least six people were stabbed in a park in Reading, killing three.

Armed police could be seen searching a block of flats in the town late last night.

Police originally said the incident was not thought to be terror-related, but The Telegraph understands the current murder investigation will be upgraded later today.
