Great to see so much positive stuff coming out of the UK atm: deaths falling, cases falling, pubs have reopened successfully, cricket is back, our government have come up with a raft of positive measures to boost the economy, everyone can now be tested with ease, the local whack a mole solution seems to be working and test and trace is operating pretty effectively on the whole

48 deaths, people gone for good to this virus.
Hundreds at least of partners, sons and daughters, grandchildren, other family, friends and neighbours now grieving and bereaved.

That's hundreds of deaths still, again this week up to yesterday.

My thoughts are with all those now bereaved who'll never be able to spend any more time with those lost loved ones again.

Any genuine good news for me, will be when there are NO more rising death numbers.
With no new numbers of those left bereaved too.

We will be getting travellers back again soon.

I agree with you here Nicky.

Now we have this procrastinating PM we have, thinking he may bring in instructions to wear facecoverings.

If we have to wear them on public transport.
Why we don't have to in shops and stores, is beyond belief as to even being reckless and dangerous.

Almost two months after the end of lockdown in France and our PM warned us about a second wave coming at the end of summer if everybody doesn't follow guidelines and wears masks. Cases are rising and more and more clusters are identified daily. We really are idiots

Greece could lock down again after a spike in cases they opened to tourists on 1 July...flights from UK are set to resume 15th July. this would be the problem with going abroad if they lock down you are stuck
