Well when you have multiple people per day paying you $170 to say a quick happy birthday, it would get quite tiresome to google every single name and do a background check to decide if it’s suitable enough to send them a birthday message.

Besides, this isn’t even her job. I’m sure she had numerous other things to be doing and doesn’t have the time to sit around and google the names of everyone who has requested a video
