I agree with that Ammi, nothing wrong with a bit of junk or a take-away as a treat, it doesn't do any harm if you're eating OK otherwise and keep active. Food is demonised more than it needs to be to be honest. Obviously over-eating (but that's of any kind of food) and eating NOTHING but junk is going to be bad, but the biggest offender in terms of health is sedentary lifestyle. People can be thin and unhealthy. People with a perfectly average BMI can have shocking cardiovascular fitness. Etc.
