But current MCU Hulk is the combo-Bruce-Hulk version that isn't a rage monster, also. You sort of answer your own question with the comic book perv part, too... the MCU has a much more diverse audience than the source comics, making it VERY unlikely that they would need to (or want to) go with a hyper-sexualised she-hulk
