I dunno. That didn't last very long and it was mostly (in my opinion as a misanthrope) mostly because of the confusion and scare stories. Everywhere was abandonned because people were scared
for themselves, not out of a desire to protect the vulnerable. As soon as people started getting comfortable with the idea that "Covid is out there" they started heading back out.
