Crimson Dynamo | The voice of reason

Can anyone imagine if we had an election this week what chaos would have ensued?
Give the USA a break they are in the grip of a pandemic, its not easy and they are all doing as best they can. Plenty countries in the world would love to have the freedom to vote as they do in the USA. |

Some in the Lib Dems were still trying to work out a possible deal with Brown and Labour too. There was although much tighter, an anti Con vote in parliament if the Lib Dems hadn't backed them. This isn't about negotiating a deal to govern as to the USA. It's the voters choice of one in and the other OUT. Neither Cameron or Brown had an overall majority. Also in Feb 74, ironically that election was on the parliament channel last weekend. Heath, rightly resisted going for a period too, until it was clear he couldn't get support to remain PM. This USA presidential election is only only a straight choice of 2 candidates. Last edited by joeysteele; 05-11-2020 at 09:41 AM. |
