We have decided they don't necessarily have to make final pleas unless they really want to of course. Think they've done enough hard work as have the helpers of course.

My feedback

Enthusiasm. Jake and Nicky both had this in spades. It was heartwarming to see.

Energy. Again both stepped up and it was a long and arduous task.

Leadership. Jake excelled. Delegated well. Nicky a little weaker but developed in confidence as the task progressed. He blossomed under Annie's tutelage.

Professionalism. Both did marvellously.

Salesmanship of team. Annie and Cherie were marvellous in their customer service skills.

Enterprise and Ingenuity. Nicky excelled with the choices of product particularly the christmas trees. Jake was amazing with his package deals and last minute 3 for one idea.

Profit. Nicky profited most. Both teams worked their socks off to get what they did. Impressive all round.

I'll be summing up and giving full feedback tomorrow, so for tonight I just want to address you both quickly.

Very well done. It's not easy to play a game that requires so much effort and coordination on timings, deadlines etc, but you've both been enthusiastic throughout. Every contestant that entered did their best, and both of you made it to the finals, so congratulations on that point alone. Sometimes just playing these games requires endurance, so Jake, with a young family and as a participant in other games, absolutely amazing job. And Nicky, with your internet being limited to days only, and also playing other games, you've also done amazingly well.

I'd have no problem with either of you winning, and that's also a credit to you both. Unfortunately, the game doesn't work that way, so I'll see you back here tomorrow, when one of you will be hired.

...Jake... your chosen team name, Inspiration...fitted perfectly with your concept of providing forum members with experiences to inspire them...to give them once in a lifetime moments to lift their 2020 year and lift their hearts and spirits from these darker COVID times...you also had an inspirational team with Cherie and Kaz, who’ve both been pretty sensational in what an asset they’ve been in the task......the final task was quite a layered one in terms of skills and you’ve completed every part of it, beautifully and smoothly and well...just simply inspirationally, Jake......just as you’ve completed every other task throughout as well with so much creativity and so much flair and skill...be proud of yourself, Jake...you have a job, a family etc...while you’re also creating to inspire for us in your multi tasking....you really are terrific...and it’s been such a privilege and pleasure, spending this time in a game with you as well......

...Nicky...Nicky...again, such a well chosen name in Unity and seeming to quite fittingly reflect the US election results atm......I thought that your concept of technology/gaming/phones etc was perfectly chosen for lock down times....it’s obviously a time when people are forced to spend much time in their homes so technology has a bigger importance...you anticipated that perfectly, I feel...and your team as well, were also sensational with Matthew designing and Annie selling and keeping sales totals......I think a huge team bonus this year as your sales will allow, would be something to think about...I know this task was quite huge and others have had their huge challenges for you as well...and every single one, Nicky...every single challenge...you have risen to and you’ve met ....as with Jake, be proud of yourself......and I’ve loved every moment of watching you take on each task and just nailing it with perfection......
