I don't really dislike any.
There's times I'm not keen on Shane's attitude and think he could turn nasty if pushed.

I thought he was rather ignorant unnecessarily towards A.J. last night.
He was there when they listed who was doing the jobs, he knew who was on wash up duties.

So I've voted Shane.
